POLICIES

Welcome!

Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included on the booking site at least 48 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete it at the office.

All Clients that schedule an appointment agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 49 hours in advance  via text 949 .838.4436. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 48-hours of notification will be charged a fee equaling half of the scheduled service. Clients who give 12-hours notice or less or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

When you miss an appointment, I not only miss your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time; full service charges still apply. By booking an appointment, all clients are agreeing to this policy.

Reverse Cancellation Policy

I honor my cancellation and reschedule policy in reverse. If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice your next massage will be half off the original price.

My practice is built on mutual trust and respect.

Illness

To prevent the spread of disease, both the client and therapist are expected to reschedule their  appointments when they are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness. Client and therapist must be fever-free without fever-reducing medication for 72-hours prior to any therapy.

Inappropriate Behavior

I understand that massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only and there is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever, and any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of my session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. I will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of my session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, I  may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. I will treat my therapist with respect and dignity and I will be treated the same in return. My table is a safe space where you will be treated with respect and unconditional positive regard. I ask for the same respect.

Informed Consent:

Before the start of every session, I will go over your treatment plan with you and obtain final verbal consent for the areas to be worked on and methods to be used. Please use this time to communicate any questions or concerns.

Client Satisfaction

I understand that in order for me to receive the best massage therapy possible, I know that I have to communicate ANYTHING and everything, including my needs, preferences, requests, or feedback, at any time before, during, or after my massage. I take it upon myself to communicate right away if there is anything distracting me or if I feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time during the session so that adjustments can be made. I understand that my therapist wants my HONEST feedback - positive or negative - and doesn’t take offense to it.

Inclusivity Policy:

We strive to create a comfortable  non-judgmental space & inclusive environment for every body. That means regardless of your age, size, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or ability, you are safe in my treatment room. I’m happy to hold space  to make accommodations as requested.  I am working on receiving  training related to the stage of transition and  embrace the many ways that people's bodies are non-conforming.  #SAFEONMYTABLE
