MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

When rates increase your Membership locks in your discounted rate save $25+ on all massages.
As long as monthly membership is enabled the discount rate will be applied to all scheduled massages within the month.
No Obligation Contract payment is handled through auto deposit once a month. If members decide to cancel their membership, they can opt out at any time .

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

OC Pain Relief & Bodywork massage membership is valid for (30)-days from the day purchased in the SJC office .
Memberships DOES NOT roll over -use it or lose it .
- If you cannot make it we can pause for (30) days twice a year OR Send someone in you place if you cannot make the monthly appt.
Due to limited availability of only (30) memberships are being sold.
Upon cancellation of membership(s) non-discounted rates will be effective for future scheduled massages.
No refunds / No Cash Value
