Your 90-min full body session consists of client intake , range of motion & posture assessment. Your customized massage session combines Medical Massage , Lymph Drainage, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release & Stretch Therapy. This appt. will let us both know if we are a good fit to meet your goals.

45 & 60min Appt. - includes Blading , Cupping, Myofascial Release & Trigger Point Therapy.
Your appointment consists of an Range of Motion, Postural Assessment & Medical Massage.. Ideally for Migraine, TMJ, Neck Stiffness, SCIATICA, Frozen Shoulder , Wrist pain , Hip & Knee pain & Plantar fasciitis.

Our Treatment Plans craft a strategy for results. We will begin by defining your goals (stress relief, pain relief, better mobility, manage chronic pain & /or medical conditions). Then create benchmarks of success as well a recommendations on what to do in between sessions.
